Description: VIrtual Prosthesis systEm simulatoR (VIPER) provides an alternative training platform in which the overhead costs can be mitigated, if not removed. Use of ViPER eliminates the need to use a physical apparatus and the associated costs, as the only physical system required is a personal desktop computer and/or a virtual reality headset. The system is used for training and assessment of myoelectric control of upper limb prostheses

Features:

The system combines multiple devices and systems to provide an engaging virtual reality environments. Equipment include: Vive VR headset, controllers, trackers, Myo armband, and Windows Mixed Reality system interfaced with a custom software known as BrachIOplexus and Unity game engine.
